What to Download

3. Other versions and patch files
Other versions and patch files are available on our FTP site. This version of SpecView will load any previous version’s file without problems.
New Users:
Restricted Version: SpecView 32 will run without a copy protection "Dongle". There is a 10-minute time limit on each run-time session.
You can try out both the Historical Replay option and the Strategy Controller option. The replay is limited to the last 4 hours and the Strategy Controller is limited to two events. Please try these exciting features.
Updates for existing SpecView 32-Users
Users that have purchased the software may download these files to upgrade existing installations. Install it in the same directory to overwrite and update the older SpecView files - this will not affect any configurations or screens already defined.
Backward Compatibility of SpecView Configurations
Configurations created or edited with this version of SpecView may not be loaded into previous builds of SpecView below 825.
Updates for older SpecView 16-bit Users
Users with the older 16-bit SpecView (builds up to 585) may download these files to update to SpecView 32. Note that once a configuration has been loaded into SpecView32, it cannot then be used again in the older SpecView 16. Please backup your configurations, or install SpecView32 into a different directory than the existing software and copy the configurations across. Contact SpecView if you need help with this.
