To enable us to quickly and easily help you with SpecView Technical Support issues, we can take control of your computer via an Internet Connection using the application below. Only run this application when instructed by SpecView Technical Support staff

This is totally secure (see security statement here), requires no installation or configuration by you or your IT department, and will allow us to help you in the quickest possible way.

We use the ‘TeamViewer QuickSupport’ application to do this.

1)  When you click on the link, choose the option to RUN or OPEN the program, you do not need to save it to your PC:

2)  You may be prompted by your browser to confirm that you want to run the program, click ‘Run’

3) When the program has run, you will see a window like this:

 

Tell the ID and password to your SpecView support person.

 

It is only possible for a connection to be made while this program is running.

As soon as you click the ‘Cancel’ button, to exit the program, no further connections can be made.

The next time this program is run a new password will be generated.
