To find the Module Name, you need to examine the dialog boxes at thew time of the crash. these were taken from Windows XP, but similar boxes appear under Windows 95/98/Me and Windows 2000:

The first box has a "click here" or "Details" link on it, as shown here:

On the next screen, we need the "ModName" and the "ModVer" as shown below at the top of the window. the other details do not matter.

You don't need to send the error report to Microsoft, they will be unable to help you if it is a problem with SpecView.
