Fixes and improvements:

General:

•	At start-up the 'Test Comms' and 'New Manual Project' buttons were disabled if there are only Demo Projects in the list and one of these had been selected

Strategy:

•	If a Log Report has a User Variable start/stop time that has been deleted, then it can cause a crash

Passwords:

•	Creating a user-name which is a the same as an existing user-name gives a warning but it is added anyway.

Modbus:

•	Large blocks of bits over comms cause 19117 errors

•	Occasional crash if the network faults while comms DEBUG is enabled.
