Fixes and improvements:

General:

•	The format settings for DateTime and Date were being stored in SV3.INI, and therefore weren't being Archived with a project, these are now stored in SETTINGS.INI.

Drivers:

•	The driver for the 'Ramp Soak' function block could under certain circumstances cause SpecView to exit.

Demo Projects:

•	The Watlow 'EZ-ZONE RM - Standard Bus' demo project had some fixed numbers on one of the screens that were not being read from the instrument.

•	The Honeywell HC900 demo project was using the IP address of an old HC900 which was available over the Internet, not the HC900 default IP address of: 192.168.1.254
