Use the Bitmap menu item from the Draw Menu OR click the Bitmap tool on the toolbar

 

Go to Drawing Basics for general instructions

 

 

 

Locate the bitmap file and click OK and the bitmap will appear on the GDW

Double-Click the bitmap to edit its Properties
