Please refer to ActiveX - Steps to add an ActiveX Control for full details on inserting an ActiveX Control.

 

When ActiveX controls are first used within SpecView a full list of all the installed controls is generated and shown in the 'Insert ActiveX Control' box. To reduce this list to just contain the ActiveX controls which are being used. Click the 'See More ActiveX Controls' button and select those requried. Then just that abbreviated list will be shown. Subsequently the full list can be seen by clicking the 'See More ActiveX Controls' button.

 

Note: Neither the delete key nor the cursor keys will not work when an ActiveX control is on the screen. This is because of uncertainty as to whether these keys are being used within the ActiveX control, or on items on the SpecView screen.
