This menu command can be used to control how the contents of a screen are positioned and resized on the paper (or in the PDF file if 'Print to PDF' is being used).

PrintOptions

Print position on page - This controls the vertical position of the screen when printed on the paper.

Top of page - The contents of the screen will be positioned at the top of the paper.

Centered on page - The contents of the screen will be positioned in the vertical center of the paper.

Print to fit - This controls the horizontal position of the screen when printed on the paper.

Fit screen width to page width - The contents of the screen will be sized to fit the width of the paper, so the whole screen will be printed.

Fit Screen height to page height (will lose right part of screen) - The contents of the screen will be left justified and enlarged to fill the height of the paper, which may mean the right-hand-side of the screen won't be printed.

To avoid losing the right side of the screen, use Print Setup to change the printing orientation to Landscape.

Additional Printer Setup

Additional Printer A Setup and Additional Printer B setup opens up the Print Setup box. These two menu commands can be utilized if multiple printers are being used or multiple printing options are used. Rather than switching back and forth between the options or printers, they can be saved as Printer A or Printer B Setup.
