Release date: Jul 2nd 2020

Fixes and improvements:

General:

SpecView Text User Variables that are to be used for for Filename and/or Pathname no longer need to be on an open screen (GDW) in order to work
If the user never went Online in a given session, then there was the possibility of a lockup on exit

Licensing:

There was a problem with adding the ActiveX Class 1 option to a Soft License

GDW:

New feature: It is now possible to lock objects on a GDW so prevent them from being unintentionally moved with the cursor

Data Logging:

The DateTime variables for the 'start' and 'stop' of Log Reports no longer need to be out on an open screen (GDW) in order to work
A Log Report conversion will only start if the DateTime variable for the 'start' of a Log Report is set (because the DateTime must be something other than the default value of 1970)
The communications error variables: GoodComms, CommsErrors, CommsErrorCode and CommsErrorItem are now logged by default in new projects. However, CommsErrorDescription is not logged by default

Trend Charts:

The Pen grids have been made lighter in color when Version 2 Trend Charts are converted to Version 3
The Clear on Batch Start checkbox on the Print & Batch tab is now set to 'On' by default when a chart is created

Passwords:

New feature: There is a new Button/Strategy action to allow changing passwords while in Runtime mode

Strategy:

If Strategy invoked a Screen Swap while a variable was being dragged onto the GDW from the Variables List while in Edit mode (online) then it was possible for this to cause a crash
