Preferences for Remote:

The devices shown are those which have already been configured in Windows.

Click the Port Number to change it, but this should only be changed with caution.

 

Click the Timeout to change. The timeout for Modems is the the time before redialing, This is set by default to 50 seconds because many modems require some time to clear-down and so therefore a rapid redial will not succeed, so we recommend caution before changing this.
